Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis lecture/lab course concentrates on six sigma concepts and implementation of lean in a business organization. Students learn the principles of six sigma and the utilization of six sigma tools in project application. The course also covers DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) problem solving methodology, team building and project management skills.
