Emphasis is placed on the application of behavioral analytics to networks to improve the overall state of security through identifying and combating malware and advanced persistent threats (APTs). Topics include threat and vulnerability management, software and systems security, incident response, security and operations monitoring, and compliance and assessment. This course is intended for students who want to develop essential skills for continuous security monitoring.
