In this interactive course, language structures and vocabulary for communication are examined and studied through speaking, listening, reading and writing at the high-intermediate level. Students continue to explore the history and the culture of the French-speaking world. Readings of literary and culturally relevant authentic materials are examined in depth. This course is designed for students preparing for a major in French as well as for those who have a strong interest in the French language and culture.
