    Description
    This course covers the development of advanced skills in cross country running, including techniques of biomechanics, exercise physiology, workout design, and scouting. Emphasis is placed on procedures for administering college cross country meets and coaching techniques. This course is designed for second-year students who are participating in this sport and for those who are interested in coaching cross-country teams.
