- This course is an introductory study of the characteristics and operation of semiconductor devices and their associated circuitry. Emphasis is placed on junction diodes, bipolar junction transistors, power supplies, feedback, linear integrates circuits (ICs), multistage amplifiers, push-pull amplifiers, junction field-effect transistors (JFETs), metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) and PSpice analysis.
