Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis supervised field work course enables students to gain first hand experience in Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Students develop professional skills while contributing their time and talents to a local organization thus enhancing the students' resume and work experience. Emphasis is placed on providing students with the chance to explore the various career choices through placement in a professional setting working in the field of Conflict Resolution and Mediation. Students meet regularly with faculty and peers to receive feedback, support and guidance in their community projects. This course is intended for students interested in Conflict Resolution and Mediation.
