Includes the role of the government in the economy and how that role affects real estate issues, cycles, business fluctuations, credit markets, real property taxation concepts, land use controls, development of real property, and limitations imposed on real estate markets. Applies toward DRE (CA Department of Real Estate) elective educational requirements for the Real Estate Salesperson License.
