    Sound principles of weight management and nutritional concerns of eating disorders. Investigates and evaluates weight-control methods, food fads, fallacies, basic nutritional needs, and recommended lifestyle changes. Current approaches to nutritional care and treatment of eating disorders will be covered. Emphasizes application of nutrition principles for eating disorder counselors and nutrition professionals in the counseling setting. (formerly FN 160)
