Focuses on patient centered care, application of nursing practice and professional standards, evidenced based practice, safety and quality improvement, nursing informatics and effective collaboration with health care team members. Pathophysiology, physical and psycho-social needs for moderately complex adults with respiratory, endocrine, renal, musculoskeletal, immunity, cardiac, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunction are emphasized.
