Topics will include types of silicones, types of urethanes and common molding practices. This hands-on class will require students to create silicone and urethane molds of various types. Includes vents, sprue, parting lines, and keys. Students will create several types of silicone and urethane molds including open face, two-piece, glove, shell, and reinforced mother molds.
