    Description
    Students learn medical-office clinical skills, infection prevention, regulatory safety standards for work in a physician's office or ambulatory clinic. Students demonstrate medical and surgical aseptic techniques, bandaging, wound care, surgical tray set up, disinfection and sterilization of equipment. Students identify instruments used for a variety of minor office surgical procedures. Designed for workers seeking additional skills training. Students complete the same assignments as the credit course.
