Emphasis is on how differences of race, ethnicity, class, sexuality, ability, nationality, and age have historically defined and continue to define gendered experiences and identities. The Honors course is enhanced by a seminar format, more challenging reading assignments, more extensive writing assignments, and a smaller class size. Course may be taken for a letter grade only.
