Students work in teams to design and implement a unique game or interactive experience. Emphasis on art and level design, as well as game aesthetics and world building. Particular attention should be paid to the development of character both as an art object and as a narrative element. Each project presents opportunities to address milestones in the art production development pipeline, and demonstrates corresponding entry-level technical and conceptual skills and strategies. Students will also be expected to address and practice the various team-based soft skills required in the industry. Students are expected to carry additional workload requirements outside of class.
