Students summarize examples of American business and technical communication, design, write, and analyze different communication examples of memoranda, letters, descriptions, instructions, and other reports focusing on impact, accuracy, and clarity in relation to audience and purpose. Students also review sentence structure and grammar as needed. This course may be offered for zero units on an open-entry/open-exit basis.
