It offers instruction in analytical, critical, and argumentative writing, critical thinking, research strategies, information literacy, and proper documentation through the study of literary works from major genres, while developing students' close reading skills and promoting an appreciation of the aesthetic qualities of literature. As a part of this inquiry, students will also engage with distinctively literary ways of exploring human experience, learning to articulate their own views in a meaningful conversation between themselves and contemporary issues.Usually HeldTue Thu 1:30pm–2:45pm, Tue Thu 12:00pm–1:15pm
