Transfers ToCSUDescriptionFundamentals of digital image processing, retouching, and painting as used on the web in business. Course explores fundamental concepts of Digital Media production, including manipulating images both conceptually and technically. Students will create digital artworks using current information technology software such as Adobe Photoshop. All projects will be presented on student websites. Students will create projects in digital imaging, net.art/websites, and digital video. Basic video editing will be done using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Adobe After Effects will be used to add special effects to videos. Student artworks will emphasize creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and computer literacy.
