Building and scaling virtual machines, deploying and managing scalable web sites, designing mobile service back ends, data services including SQL Database, plus storage services such as Table and Blob storage. Also discusses serverless message passing loosely coupled architectures. Class will also examine various cloud services including: Database (SQL, NoSQL, Big Data), messaging, security, and software development libraries. Development both locally in Visual Studio and directly in the cloud portal.
