Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionField study in the European Region using the built environment as the basis for a design studio in architecture--designing residential, commercial, and civic spaces--while traveling and exploring the region, which may include Italy, Spain, France, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Allows students to capture the culture and the architectural style of the region in their designs. Upon return to the classroom, an in-depth study of architectural design in a studio setting will be presented, discussed and applied.
