    Description
    This course is designed to help students develop and apply leadership skills in vocational and college settings. Students will be introduced to the principles of leadership, teamwork, and effective communication, and will have opportunities to practice these skills in cooperative group activities. Course content will include strategies for building confidence, taking initiative, collaborating with peers, resolving conflicts, and applying problem-solving techniques. Emphasis is placed on providing students with the tools and experiences needed to take advantage of leadership opportunities in both academic and workplace environments. Structured for students with disabilities.
