    Description
    Course is designed to enhance core skills in analyzing financial statements and utilizing them to evaluate a company's financial health and value. The course focuses on the examination of key external reports such as 10-K,10-Q, and 8-K filings. Emphasis will be placed on strategic ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, forecasting, pro forma financial statements, and firm valuation.
