Study of the ethical framework includes the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Code of Professional Ethics, Audit Responsibilities and Accounting Fraud, Legal and Regulatory Obligations, Earnings Quality, Corporate Governance, and International Financial Reporting.
