Students will examine mathematical patterns and relations, formulate conjectures, and prove their conjectures. Educational standards (e.g. Common Core) and issues are a focus throughout the content of the course. Areas of mathematics from which content may be derived include number theory, statistics, probability, geometry, and sequences and series.
