This includes the theory and practice of measurements for distance, elevations and angles, analysis and adjustment of errors (systematic and random), and traverse calculation and adjustments. Additional topics include discussions on profiles and cross-sections, horizontal curves, and vertical curves. This course has an indoor lecture component as well as a required outdoor field component.
