Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis is an introductory course in the administration elements of early childhood education programs. It includes program types, planning, budget, legal requirements, supervision, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures for early childhood education and care facilities. Included are the requirements to open and operate and early care and education program to meet current needs of families. The emphasis in this course is on licensing requirements under the Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing, Title 22, Health and Safety Code.
