Strong emphasis is given to the development of visual decision-making. Specific focus will be on design and gestalt principles, integration of text and image on the two-dimensional page, and introduction to typographic exploration. This course is a foundation course for all design students and explores interactivity across all forms of visual communication. This course is relevant to students studying graphic design, Web design, and computer animation.
