    Description
    and Cosmetology Business and Professions Code Section 7321 provides that a student: (a) is not less than 17 years of age, (b) has completed the 10th grade in the public schools of this state or its equivalent. This course satisfies the hours and requirements not completed by the student in the COSM 150 or COSM 151 course, who want to apply for the Sacramento City College Career Certificate or a California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Manicure License.
