Community Healthcare Worker 245 Community Leadership Development Community Leadership Development provides an introduction to leadership and examines leadership theory and organizational behavior. It emphasizes leadership procedures and functions with regard to the community college experience. All students interested in learning and experiencing leadership, especially those comfortable with both oral and written communication, are encouraged to enroll.
