The course emphasizes planning, organizing, composing, and revising business documents and creating and delivering professional-level reports using word processing and presentation software. Analytical skills are used to plan, organize, compose, critique, and revise letters, memos, emails, and reports. Message components, which include organization, content, style, tone, grammar, format, and appearance, are critically analyzed. A formal analytical research paper is created and its results are presented. This course is designed for students who already have college-level writing skills.
