    Description: Examines topics which are important in a personal injury practice, including pre-litigation investigation, employment of experts, evaluation of damages, settlements, arbitration, and preparing for trial. All torts including intentional torts, negligence, strict liability, and product liability are covered. 54.00 hours lecture. (Letter grade only)
