Using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional Waterfall to manage the size and nature of project, including templates and checklists, processes and activities, roles and responsibilities, training material and work guidelines structure allowing managers and planners to control progress of their projects. 54.00 hours lecture.
