Transfers ToCSUDescriptionDescription: Advanced administration of the Linux operating system, system architecture, installation, command line and file system. The goal of this course is to build on the Linux I course. Individuals who complete this course will augment basic knowledge to become skilled in the Linux command line. Learners will configure basic network settings and learn to install and use Linux in a virtual machine. Learners will perform scripting and data management, learn about interfaces, networking fundamentals and operating system security. Learners will prepare for the second LPIC-1 exam. 54.00 hours lecture and 18.00 hours laboratory. (TBA Option) (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
