- A history of the use and management of plants and fungi by humans. Agricultural, culinary, medicinal, cultural, technological, and horticultural uses of plants will be covered. Plants, fungi, and their products will be examined in lecture and laboratory activities including field trips. 36.00 hours lecture and 54.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade only)
