    Description: An entry-level course introducing the theory and practice of powder coating in the automotive and aftermarket industries. Emphasizes surface preparation, equipment setup, spray technique, curing processes, safety procedures, and defect correction. Students will gain hands-on experience with the complete powder coating cycle from substrate prep through finished product inspection. 36.00 hours lecture and 108.00 hours laboratory.
