    Description
    Description: Further development of intermediate skills toward advanced skills of ASL fluency. An expanded review of ASL vocabulary, syntactical structures and grammatical patterns necessary for comprehension of standard American Sign Language is emphasized. This course also emphasizes aspects of Deaf culture and community through spontaneously generated conversations. There is also an emphasis on watching ASL narratives through various online media of varying lengths at native speed as a means of enhancing advanced ASL receptive skills. 72.00 hours lecture and 18.00 hours laboratory. (TBA Option) (Letter grade only)
