Transfers ToCSUDescriptionDescription: An expansion and refinement of the skills and techniques learned in Beginning Sculpture. Emphasis will be on improved design, better craftsmanship, originality and critical assessment. A variety of methods, such as clay, wax and plaster will be used. Additive, subtractive, and construction methods for creating the sculptural pieces will be explored, as well as other traditional and contemporary forms and techniques. Students pay for their own materials. 36.00 hours lecture and 72.00 hours laboratory.
