    Description: Laboratory course involving the use of forensic science techniques within public safety and criminal/crime scene investigations and forensic science applications pertinent to criminal evidence identification, collection, packaging, storage, and analysis. Laboratory course explores pattern evidence, biological and forensic biometric evidence, trace evidence, weapons evidence, ballistic and tool mark evidence, questioned document evidence, forensic toxicology, controlled substances evidence, and arson/explosives evidence. 54.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade only)
