The course focuses on the implementation of ICS and single resources. Topics include ICS fundamentals review, leadership and management, delegation of authority, management by objectives, ICS functional areas and positions, briefings, organizational flexibility, and transfer of command. This course meets the National Incident Management System (NIMS) requirements.
