Students gain an overview of career pathways in the field and receive contextualized training for employment as case managers, peer specialists, and community outreach workers in government and nonprofit agencies. Topics include client integrated support, intervention and advocacy, mental health, trauma-informed care, effective engagement, and data entry training (Human Management Integration System).
