It covers all aspects of real estate financing from completing loan applications, navigating the escrow process, to closing loans. The course details current lending policies, qualifying standards, and disclosure requirements. This course is approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) to meet the elective education requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson License and the California Real Estate Broker License.
