    Description
    This course is designed for students who want to study employer-employee relationships with particular emphasis on the challenges facing an expanding multicultural workforce in Southern California. Topics include legal frameworks, personnel policies and procedures, implementing equal employment and affirmative action, legal aspects of supervision, training and development, interviewing, testing, wage and salary administration, job analysis and description, recruitment, transfers, promotions, and principles of collective bargaining.
