Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionThis course teaches students to conduct incident size-up and the skills to develop and implement an initial plan of action that involves single and multi-unit operations. Students apply these skills to situations involving various types of emergency incidents, and learn to mitigate each situation by following agency safety procedures, conducting pre-incident planning, and developing and undertaking a post-incident analysis.
