Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is designed for students interested in learning how to understand and work effectively with parents, and to understand the parent-child relationships in their own lives. The course provides a framework for topics pertinent to current parenting concepts. Topics include understanding the parenting process from infancy to adulthood, parenting in diverse cultures, various lifestyles and family structures, alternatives to biological parenting, and understanding high-risk families.
