The course covers the supervisory and crew leadership skills required for professional development in the wood flooring industry. Topics include typical work processes, communication methods, customer service considerations, motivational concepts and problem solving techniques that, when employed, result in the efficient and effective management of wood floor installation. Various project scenarios are used to conduct classroom exercises.
