The course covers the basic techniques and procedures used to erect frame scaffolds, with construction practices and safety considerations are a major focus of the course. Scaffold standards and industry-wide, enforced regulations are presented and utilized in hands-on projects. Students identify frame scaffold components and the importance of site and equipment inspections, and erect typical frame scaffold assemblies according to industry standards.
