Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course provides students with an in-depth study of evidence rules. Emphasis is placed on the application of rules in preparing and presenting evidence. The course will discuss the history and approach to the study of evidence. Topics include proof by evidence and substitutes, general admissibility tests, evidence by way of witness testimony, documents, real evidence, and exclusion of evidence on constitutional grounds.
