Description: This course is designed to provide an introduction to the theoretical, skills and clinical requirements for admission into the Nursing Assistant Program. Successful completion of this course is required for admission consideration into the following three courses that make up the Nursing Assistant Program: VHLTH 102 Certified Nursing Assistant Theory, VHLTH 103 Certified Nursing Assistant Skills Lab, and VHLTH 104 Certified Nursing Assistant Clinical. In short, this course serves as a mandatory orientation for the Nursing Assistant Program.
