    Description
    Apparel garment construction techniques including seam finishes, edge finishes, manipulating garment fullness, and applying closures. Students will construct three full-sized garments and a compilation of construction techniques. Students will conduct and document garment fittings, alter patterns, and apply fitting alterations to the sewn projects. Six (6) high school elective credits may be awarded if a student passes the course with a minimum grade of 70%. This course will prepare students for Santa Ana College credit course FDM 105B - Intermediate Sewing.
