    Description
    This course examines global issues related to internet culture, web ethics, equity, social justice, in addition to rights and trends related to the web. In the context of cultural and social needs, students will be introduced to web design using digital media tools: graphics, illustrations, text, sound, motion, using software programs for the web. Students will also review how web design has been used to impact commerce advancement, global communication, advertising, entertainment, and self-promotion related to global and local community needs. Students will be able to apply their knowledge in site development and responsive design.
