Students will demonstrate their understanding of procedures during a criminal prosecution including arrest & booking; charging instruments; arraignments; bail/bond; pre-trial services reports and supervision; discovery; pretrial motions and hearings; plea agreements; trial; sentencing guidelines, post-sentence supervised release, probation, and parole. Students will evaluate in-custody and out-of-custody filings as well as appraising appropriate court communications and mandatory timelines.Usually HeldWed 6:30pm–8:30pm
