- Overview of advanced law office procedures, to include: client intake procedures, appropriate selection and use of judicial council forms (including family law, probate, and unlawful detainer), subpoenas and warrants, consumer notices, HIPAA, settlement and demand letters as well as complex calendar rules. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of these advanced procedures and their application within a law office.
